On 6th May 2019, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published its latest newsletter.

The Newsletter considers a number of key areas, including:
– Publications from April;
– ESMA’s opinions on proposed product intervention measures by NCA’s; and
– ESMA’s Consultation on draft regulatory technical standards under Article 25 of the ELTIF Regulation (closes 29th June 2019).
