US Form N-MFP Monthly Reporting Deadline
Tuesday, 7th April, 2020
Form N-MFP (Monthly Schedule of Portfolio Holdings of Money Market Funds) is required of money market funds to report information on their portfolio holdings as of the last business day of the prior calendar month to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Under the Investment Company Act of 1940, the form discloses information such as series-level and class-level details about the fund, its schedule of portfolio securities—including net and shadow net asset values, daily and weekly liquid assets and weekly shareholder flows—and basics such as whether the fund is liquidating or merging.
The report must be filed no later than the fifth business day of each calendar month.
