BaFin imposed administrative fines totalling 49,000 euros on Exporo Investment GmbH.

The sanction related to breaches of Article 13 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 (PRIIPs Regulation). Exporo Investment GmbH failed to provide retail investors with key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs) before the retail investors became bound by a contract or offer in connection with the PRIIPs.
