IRELAND: Central Bank of Ireland, Publishes Revised Guidance on the use of Financial Indices by UCITS

On 23^rd July 2019, the Central Bank of Ireland, published the updated guidance on the use of financial indices by UCITS.

The guidance amends the certification process initially introduced in October 2018, including providing for circumstances where an index certification is not required.
