On 6^th June 2019, the Central Bank of Ireland, published the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48(1))(Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 230 of 2019).

The Central Bank of Ireland, UCITS Regulations are accompanied by a feedback statement on CP 119, which proposed amendments (and consolidation) to the Central Bank UCITS Regulations. The feedback statement summarises the responses received along with the Central Bank’s comments and decisions.
